The fee for a single placement is 13% of thecandidate’s first-year base salary. Many of our hiring partners opt for an“unlimited hiring” subscription. Subscription fees can be discussed during yourdemo.

No. Staffing agencies essentially act as abroker between you and the candidate. Underdog is a hiring marketplace. Wecreate transparency between you and the candidate by bringing active employersand active candidates to the same place and allowing you to reach out directly.
