The Role

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, refining, and deploying our AI systems while contributing across the full stack. You’ll have significant ownership over our AI architecture, experiment with cutting-edge tools, and help shape the future of our product.

What You’ll Do

1. Design, build, and optimize AI-powered features (RAG, agents, embeddings, etc.) using OpenAI, pgvector, and instructor.
2. Ship clean, scalable code across our Python (Django) backend and TypeScript (Next.js) frontend.
3. Collaborate with the team to rapidly prototype and deploy new AI capabilities.
4. Stay ahead of the curve—experiment with emerging AI frameworks and techniques.
5. Wear multiple hats, from refining model performance to improving UX around AI features.
