Your Mission

Join the Integrations Core team, where you will build the critical pipes that connect the platform to the broader crypto ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating new blockchain and exchange integrations and enriching raw transaction data with intelligent categorization. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, comprehensive data—the core of the user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to turn nuanced data insights into product improvements.

What You Will Do

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and integrations for blockchain networks and centralized exchanges.
2. Develop systems to classify and enrich complex DeFi and transaction data, improving accuracy and user understanding.
3. Own the delivery of high-impact product and engineering goals from conception through to deployment and iteration.
4. Collaborate with data specialists, product managers, and customer experience teams to influence the product direction based on technical and domain insights.
5. Continuously work to evolve the platform's architecture to support rapid growth and increasing complexity.

What We Look For

1. Strong Fundamentals: A solid grasp of computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and system design, with 1-5 years of software development experience.
2. Builder's Mindset: You enjoy designing, scaling, and maintaining production services. You write high-quality, testable code and value security and engineering best practices.
3. Scalability Experience: Interest or experience in evolving a startup's architecture to support mid-sized company growth. Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS is a plus.
4. Problem-Solver: You are productive, resourceful, and effective at navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
5. Mission & Culture Fit: You are motivated by the mission to bring transparency to crypto. You are a clear communicator, act with integrity, and can work effectively in a remote setting, overlapping with core team hours (9 AM - 12 PM PT).

Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $121,000 - $175,000 USD. Compensation is based on relevant skills and experience, not geographic location. The package also includes:
