The Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll architect and build core features of our AI analytics platform, working across the stack to process unstructured feedback at scale. You'll collaborate directly with founders and a cross-functional team to push the boundaries of NLP technology while ensuring our systems remain scalable, reliable, and intuitive for enterprise users.

What You'll Do

1. Develop and optimize Python-based APIs (Flask/Django/FastAPI) that power our NLP analytics engine
2. Build and enhance frontend interfaces (React/Vue) that visualize complex customer insights
3. Design scalable data pipelines to process millions of global reviews across relational and NoSQL databases
4. Contribute to our AI/NLP capabilities (entity recognition, sentiment analysis, trend detection)
5. Collaborate with product and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
6. Own system architecture decisions for key product initiatives

Tech Stack & Requirements

4. Cloud: AWS or GCP services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, etc.)
5. Experience: 4+ years in production environments
6. Bonus: NLP/DL experience, ETL pipelines, startup experience
