The Role

As Engineering Manager for our Automation team, you'll lead the engineers building the tools that power our integration factory. You'll:

1. Manage and grow a high-performing team of 6 engineers developing our no-code integration platform
2. Drive the roadmap for systems that enable rapid, reliable integration development at scale
3. Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to align technical strategy with company goals
4. Foster a culture of technical excellence while shipping mission-critical features

Tech Stack & Requirements

1. Platform: Django, Python, React, Postgres, AWS
2. Management Experience: 2-4+ years leading engineering teams (startup/SaaS environment preferred)
3. Technical Background: Former software engineer comfortable diving into technical discussions
4. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to grow teams and deliver complex projects
