The Role: Forward Deployed Engineer

This position is for an outcome-driven builder who thrives in a high-talent, AI-native environment. You will partner directly with our strategists and client stakeholders to design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows that drive real business impact.

Success in this role is defined by what you produce. You will operate with high autonomy, leverage the most advanced AI tools and internal automations, and be directly rewarded for your execution through an uncapped, output-aligned compensation model. This is a role for someone who wants to build, ship, and be compensated accordingly.

What You’ll Do

1. Embed & Execute: Integrate directly into client codebases and sprint cycles, taking full ownership of feature delivery from conception to deployment. You’ll work in lockstep with AI strategists and client leaders to prioritize work that drives the highest impact, maintaining a consistent and high-velocity output of production-grade solutions.
2. Maximize Leverage: Utilize the latest in agentic coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar technologies) to exponentially multiply your output. You will be expected to continuously refine your personal workflows. Your output is measured, and your compensation is uncapped—the more you ship, the more you earn.
3. Build Across the Stack: Execute development across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers, adapting quickly to diverse and unfamiliar tech stacks. You are comfortable contributing effectively within complex, established architectures and novel problem domains alike.
4. Architect Intelligent Systems: Go beyond simple feature work to design and build full-scale platforms that fundamentally transform how businesses operate. You will act as both a systems architect and an agent orchestrator, creating reliable, auditable systems with a clean user experience that keeps humans meaningfully in the loop.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding the value you create. Our compensation structure reflects that commitment.

1. Base Salary: The base salary for this role is $180,000.
2. Uncapped Performance-Based Variable Compensation: In addition to your base pay, your compensation is directly tied to your output.
