About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build the foundation of our AI-powered logistics platform. You will shape both our product and our technology from the ground up. This role is for a builder who thrives on full ownership, moves with purpose and velocity, and wants to collaborate directly with the founding team and early users to define the future of the product.

You will be responsible for designing and shipping features that deliver immediate value, while also helping to establish the engineering standards and system architecture that will scale with the company.

What You’ll Do

1. Design, build, and ship AI-powered logistics solutions end-to-end, from intuitive user interfaces to scalable backend services.
2. Own core product features and systems from initial design through to deployment and iteration.
3. Collaborate directly with the founders and early customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and inform the product roadmap.
4. Help define technical architecture, select technologies, and establish engineering best practices for a rapidly growing codebase.
5. Drive engineering excellence with a focus on creating robust, maintainable systems that solve real-world problems.

Who You Are

1. You are a versatile and proficient full-stack engineer with 3+ years of experience building and shipping web applications.
2. You have strong experience across the stack, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go).
3. You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and designing scalable data models and APIs.
4. You are product-oriented and enjoy engaging with users to understand their needs and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
5. You are a self-starter who excels in ambiguity, takes extreme ownership, and is motivated by building something from scratch.
6. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a small, collaborative, and high-velocity team environment.

1. Interest or experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or complex B2B/enterprise systems.
2. A passion for solving problems in logistics, supply chain, or other operationally complex industries.
3. Previous early-stage (Seed, Series A) startup experience.
