Full Stack Engineer (Enterprise AI Voice Platform)

Position: Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who will be responsible for taking product features from initial concept to stable, customer-ready delivery. This role involves building and maintaining the interfaces and systems that allow enterprise users to configure, manage, and derive value from sophisticated AI voice technology. You will work closely with product, design, and deployment teams to translate complex capabilities into clear, reliable, and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver complete product features, encompassing user experience design, frontend implementation, backend services, database architecture, and production deployment.
2. Build clean, functional web interfaces—including dashboards, configuration panels, and analytics tools—that allow non-technical users to manage complex AI voice agent workflows.
3. Architect user flows that simplify the process of creating, testing, deploying, and optimizing AI agents for business use cases.
4. Integrate frontend applications with voice AI infrastructure, telephony systems, and customer data pipelines.
5. Collaborate directly with implementation engineers and customers to identify pain points and develop product improvements that address real-world needs.
6. Operate with a bias for action: ship functional iterations quickly, incorporate user feedback, and refine features based on measurable usage.

Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of professional experience developing modern web applications with both frontend and backend components.
2. Demonstrated ability to think holistically about product needs, user experience, and technical implementation.
3. Practical eye for intuitive UI and UX; you can distinguish between clear and confusing interfaces without relying solely on a design team.
4. Proven experience in a fast-paced, iterative development environment where individual contributors own outcomes and adapt to evolving priorities.
5. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

1. Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
2. Background in B2B SaaS, especially platforms built for enterprise administrators.
3. Familiarity with voice technology, AI/ML product interfaces, or developer tools.
