Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer – Generative AI Products
Role Type: Full-time
Location: In-office / Hybrid
Every major business employs an in-house legal team. Those lawyers are chronically overworked—80-hour weeks, crushing deadlines, and contract-reading death marches are standard. Until recently, technology offered no real solution.
Large language models changed that. This organization builds an AI-native platform designed to eliminate legal drudgery and give legal professionals their lives back. Customers love the product: despite fierce competition, the platform holds the highest trial win rate in the market at 85%. The company launched early access in 2023, has since 6x’d annual recurring revenue, and serves clients including Uber, Reddit, IBM, Canva, Pinterest, and WordPress.
Engineers here design, create, and deploy generative AI products. This is a full-stack role where the person will work across the entire technology stack on ambitious problems.
What the role owns:
Who they are looking for:
The ideal candidate brings experience across both frontend and backend development, with particular strength in at least one area. They should be comfortable moving between building reactive user interfaces and designing robust data pipelines. Experience with LLMs or machine learning infrastructure is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more than deep AI expertise.
The company is likely a strong fit for someone who:
Qualified candidates should submit a resume along with a brief note describing a full-stack feature they built that required balancing performance, reliability, and user experience—and what trade-offs they made along the way.
