The Role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver strategic solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities and user experiences. Beyond writing code, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges in healthcare, ensuring our technology meets rigorous compliance standards while driving innovation.

What You’ll Do

1. Design and develop scalable back-end services (APIs, data pipelines) and intuitive front-end applications used by healthcare professionals worldwide.
2. Architect robust data models across multiple database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
3. Deploy and optimize cloud-native services (AWS/GCP/Azure) with security and compliance as priorities.
4. Partner with product and science teams to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.

Tech Stack & Requirements

1. Languages: Python (preferred), C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
2. Frontend: React (ideal), Vue, or Angular
3. Backend: API development, microservices, distributed systems
4. Data: Relational/NoSQL modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines
5. Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure (1+ years experience)
6. Bonus: Kubernetes, HIPAA/GDPR compliance, healthcare/regulated industry experience
