About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer with a foundational year of professional experience under your belt. What You Will Do

1. Build & Ship: You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across our web application, seeing your code in front of customers quickly.
2. Master the Stack: You will work with modern frameworks like React and TypeScript on the front end, and contribute to back-end services built with Node.js or Python.
3. Collaborate & Innovate: You will partner closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, powerful user experiences.
4. Embrace AI: You will experiment with and integrate the latest AI tools, APIs, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance our platform's analytical power and user experience.
5. Elevate Quality: You will write clean, maintainable code, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute to our testing and deployment pipelines.
6. Learn & Grow: You will work side-by-side with senior engineers and the founding team, gaining invaluable mentorship and a deep understanding of what it takes to build and scale a successful B2B SaaS product.

What You Bring to the Team

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3. Foundational experience or strong familiarity with modern web development frameworks, particularly React. Exposure to TypeScript or Next.js is a plus.
4. Some hands-on experience with or strong academic understanding of back-end development, preferably with Python or Node.js.
5. A genuine interest in the AI ecosystem; you stay informed about new APIs, libraries, and best practices.
6. A basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control with Git, and collaborative development workflows.
7. A growth mindset—you are resourceful, curious, and unafraid to tackle unfamiliar challenges.
8. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
