Backed by $65 million from top-tier investors including Emergence Capital, Scale Venture Partners, and Y Combinator—as well as the founders of Twilio and Affirm—the team is growing rapidly to meet surging market demand.
The Role: Full Stack Engineer
The company is seeking a product-oriented Full Stack Engineer to own and deliver entire features that define the user experience of its powerful voice AI platform. This engineer will be responsible for transforming complex AI capabilities into intuitive, accessible, and delightful workflows for enterprise customers. Success in this role is measured not just by code shipped, but by the tangible impact and adoption of the features built.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Take complete ownership of product features from initial concept and UX design through frontend implementation, backend architecture, and final production deployment.
- Build Intuitive AI Interfaces: Develop the dashboards, configuration tools, and analytics views that empower non-technical users to effectively manage and optimize their voice AI agents.
- Design Seamless User Workflows: Architect and build user experiences that guide customers effortlessly through the process of creating, testing, deploying, and refining AI agents.
- Integrate Complex Systems: Connect frontend applications with the core voice AI backend, telephony infrastructure, and various customer data systems via robust APIs.
- Drive Customer-Centric Development: Collaborate directly with Deployment Engineers and customers to understand user pain points and translate them into elegant, effective product solutions.
- Iterate Based on Feedback: Ship features rapidly, measure their usage and impact, and continuously iterate based on real-world customer feedback and behavior.

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience building modern web applications with both frontend and backend components.
- A strong product mindset, with an innate understanding of user needs and a tendency to question requirements in pursuit of a better solution.
- A keen eye for UX and design; you know what makes an interface intuitive and are committed to crafting polished, user-friendly experiences.
- Proven experience in a fast-moving startup environment, demonstrating an ability to own outcomes, adapt quickly, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
- Technical fluency in modern web technologies; familiarity with React, TypeScript, and Node.js is highly advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
- Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company building products for enterprise users.
- An understanding of voice technology, AI/ML application interfaces, or developer tools.
- A portfolio or examples of projects that demonstrate a strong design sensibility and user empathy.

The team is looking for a collaborative professional who embodies the following traits:
