About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in building the next generation of AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will own the development of voice-first, generative AI products, working across the entire technology stack to create experiences that are safe, scalable, and transformative for both patients and providers.

This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of technology and healthcare. You will partner closely with AI researchers, product managers, designers, and clinical experts to translate complex requirements into performant, secure, and intuitive digital experiences. From crafting responsive user interfaces to designing robust backend services, your contributions will directly shape how the world interacts with AI in critical healthcare contexts.

What You'll Do

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure B2B SaaS products using a modern tech stack including TypeScript/React, Material UI, and Python/Flask.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user needs and clinical requirements into elegant, user-focused full-stack solutions.
3. Architect reusable front-end and back-end systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless API integrations.
4. Take ownership of code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and peer reviews, while championing engineering best practices.
5. Extend the platform's capabilities by contributing to cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
6. Stay current with emerging technologies in the AI landscape to continuously enhance product features and developer productivity.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

1. 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript/React and backends using Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
2. A solid background in RESTful API design, SQL/Postgres, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
3. A proven track record of architecting scalable systems and delivering high-quality, production-grade code.
4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
5. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern DevOps tooling (e.g., Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring).

Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

1. Experience developing and publishing cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android SDKs.
2. Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or integrating generative AI into live production systems.
3. Specific familiarity with Flask backends and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform on AWS.
