Your Impact:

Join our collaborative product team as a Fullstack Software Engineer and wield outsized influence on our platform's architecture and tooling. You'll be instrumental in building, testing, and maintaining our robust, modern SaaS platform (React/React Native front-end, Node.js back-end), delivering exceptional user experiences. While focused on web development, you'll also contribute significantly to our evolving mobile application. Partner closely with engineers, PMs, and designers to bring innovative features from concept to reality.

You Will:

1. Build and maintain high-performance, stable features across web, backend, and mobile platforms.
2. Write clean, scalable TypeScript code, adhering to best practices for testing (unit, integration, e2e) and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.
3. Collaborate end-to-end with engineers, designers, and product managers to ship impactful features.
4. Actively participate in technical discussions, planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
5. Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
6. Foster a culture of collaboration, clear communication, and shared success.

You Bring:

1. 4+ years of professional software engineering experience on a team, shipping production code.
2. Proven expertise with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.
3. Solid experience building and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs.
4. Strong backend proficiency with Node.js.
5. Deep understanding of web application architecture, engineering best practices, and core computer science principles.
6. Comfort and proficiency writing production-ready TypeScript and associated tests.
7. Confidence in providing constructive code reviews and testing peers' work effectively.
8. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in collaborative, remote environments.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

1. Experience with mobile test automation and/or mobile CI/CD.
2. Full-stack experience with MongoDB or similar databases.
3. Strong UI/UX sensibilities and implementation skills.
4. Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
