The Opportunity

As our first Growth Engineer, you'll architect the systems that drive viral adoption of our AI platform. This isn't just optimization - you'll build intelligent growth engines that leverage our core technology to acquire and engage legal professionals at scale.

What You'll Build

Growth Systems (50%)

1. Develop AI-powered content engines for organic acquisition
2. Build automated community engagement tools (LinkedIn, legal forums)
3. Create personalized outreach systems using our LLM technology

Experimentation (30%)

1. Design frameworks for rapid A/B testing of growth initiatives
2. Implement tracking infrastructure for attribution modeling
3. Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities

Enablement (20%)

1. Build internal tools to supercharge sales/marketing ops
2. Develop dashboards to visualize growth metrics
3. Mentor team on growth engineering best practices

Tech Stack & Requirements

▸ 3+ years growth engineering experience with:

1. React/TypeScript (required)
2. SQL + analytics platforms (Mixpanel/Amplitude)
3. Marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Klaviyo)

▸ Preferred Experience:
