Your Mission

Design product experiences for our multiple product lines that embody our mission to enable everyone to use crypto with peace of mind. Within your first year, you will be measured on your success in helping make our core tax product and our emerging enterprise accounting platform top-notch user experiences.

What You Will Do

1. Lead End-to-End Design: Own the product design process from concept ideation to final implementation, creating high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and clear user flows for our core products.
2. Drive Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, ensure alignment with user needs and business goals, and champion user-centric design principles across the organization.
3. Elevate Quality and Consistency: Uphold and evolve our design systems and guidelines to ensure a cohesive, scalable, and high-quality experience across all product interfaces. Mentor other designers to raise the bar for craft.
4. Ground Decisions in Insight: Utilize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback. Stay current with industry trends in UX/UI and the crypto space.
5. Communicate with Clarity: Effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and in leadership meetings, bridging the gap between vision and execution.

Role-Specific Qualifications:

1. Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, conceptual thinking, and a track record of shipping high-quality work. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. Master of Craft: You have a high bar for visual and interaction design quality. You are passionate about creating appealing, simple, and memorable work and are proficient with industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping methods.
3. Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design vision, collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, and mentor others. You thrive in an early-stage environment with ambiguity and high agency.
4. Nice-to-Haves: Motion design or brand systems experience. Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the fintech industry is a significant advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 USD. Candidate location does not impact the posted salary range. Final compensation is based on relevant skills and experience. The comprehensive package also includes:
