About the Role: Product Designer

We are looking for a top 1% Product Designer to expand our design team. At our company, design is not about making things look pretty; it's about crafting an indispensable experience that transforms a member's fitness journey.

You will be a 10x Designer—a rare blend of creative vision, technical skill, and user empathy. You will set the highest standards for usability and visual design, turning complex problems into elegant solutions that drive both user delight and business results.

What You'll Do

1. Vision & Craft: Own the end-to-end user experience for your product area. Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces and uphold the highest standards for visual design and usability.
2. Research & Discovery: Lead user research to uncover needs, rapidly prototype concepts, and validate solutions. Use data and feedback to inform decisions and iterate.
3. Collaboration & Execution: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on goals, ensure pixel-perfect implementation, and champion design thinking across the organization. Move fast without sacrificing quality.

Who You Are (The DNA We Seek)

1. The Foundation: 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience at consumer-focused companies. A portfolio showcasing shipped products that drove meaningful business results. Proficiency in user research, prototyping, and testing. Startup experience is a major plus.
