An early-stage company building AI infrastructure for Enterprise IT. Its platform gives enterprise teams AI agents that operate from a living, continuously refreshed model of how their systems actually behave - collapsing discovery and documentation work that normally takes weeks into hours, without giving up quality or control. The team is small, fast-moving, and assembling the group that will set the standard for how Enterprise IT runs in the AI era.

The role

This designer will own the entire design surface of the product. The work happens alongside the founders and engineers directly — no intermediate layers between this person and the decisions that matter. It's a builder's seat: take a rough concept to a shipped feature, watch early customers put it to use, then sharpen it. The company is looking for someone who can move quickly while bringing experienced judgment to a product that is still taking shape.

Responsibilities

1. Own product design end to end research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and usability testing across the full product
2. Work shoulder to shoulder with founders and engineers to cut through ambiguity and land clean solutions
3. Speak with early customers, observe their day-to-day workflows, and convert those observations into product decisions
4. Design for the present reality while anticipating how the work will need to stretch as the company scales
5. Make practical tradeoffs with engineering, including a real grasp of the effort behind any given ask
6. Shape brand and marketing surfaces when the moment calls for it

What the company is looking for

1. 6+ years as a product designer, with full applications shipped end to end - ideally as a founding, early, or lead design hire
2. Full-stack design range, from user research through pixel-level UI
3. A builder's instinct: prototype and test rather than write long specifications
4. The ability to impose structure on undefined problems and comfort wearing several hats at once
5. Strong Figma craft, plus enough HTML/CSS fluency to hold a real conversation with engineers
6. A self-starter disposition - spots opportunities for impact instead of waiting to be handed them
