Multi‑unit operators now account for more than half of all franchise locations, yet the tools and infrastructure available to build and scale these portfolios remain fragmented and outdated. About the Role
The team is looking for a Product Engineer who can take ownership of core product features from end to end. This role spans the full stack—delivering polished frontend experiences using React and Next.js, as well as building the APIs, data models, and backend services that power the platform’s AI agents. The engineer will join a small, fast‑moving, AI‑native engineering team where they will have significant autonomy and a meaningful voice in both product decisions and technical direction.

What the Product Engineer Will Do
- Shape the frontend experience, backend architecture, and overall developer experience
- Explore and rapidly prototype AI‑driven product features and agents
- Build and iteratively improve web features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power the platform’s AI agents
- Drive features independently from concept to completion, while also collaborating with Design and Product to refine ideas into polished, shippable products
- Contribute to core technical and product decisions as part of a tight‑knit, high‑velocity team
Who the Company Is Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant engineering experience, ideally at a technology startup or early‑stage company
- Strong full‑stack engineering background with a track record of architecting and shipping polished, user‑facing products
- Product‑driven approach to engineering, with a keen eye for design, user experience, and performance
- High ownership mindset: drives every feature through to completion and holds themselves accountable to a high standard
- Curious and ambitious: enjoys digging into hard engineering problems and transforming them into polished user experiences
- Bias for action: ships and iterates quickly without waiting for perfect specifications or complete information
- AI‑native: already uses AI coding tools to amplify personal impact and velocity; even if their current company does not lean heavily on AI, they regularly use AI tools on their own and are eager to work in an environment that makes AI a core pillar of both product and operations
- Interest in franchising and local businesses is a plus
