Our client, a premier portfolio of globally recognized lifestyle brands, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the development of digital Product Lifecycle experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career product professional to work at the intersection of creative workflows and cutting-edge generative AI.

In this role, the Associate Product Manager will work closely with an agile, AI-native engineering team to develop and rollout solutions designed to accelerate the internal product lifecycle. They will interface with key stakeholders and collaborate alongside a specialized team of data scientists and engineers, converting sophisticated model breakthroughs into functional, production-ready tools. The individual will manage the delivery rhythm for a fast-moving team, stay close to the users who depend on what gets built, and translate what they learn into clear product direction.

The ideal candidate is organized and energized by the work of getting things done. They thrive in fast-moving environments, communicate clearly across craft and technology, and know how to turn ambiguity into action. They bring genuine curiosity to the design and development process—not as a practitioner, but as someone who wants to understand it deeply enough to build tools that actually help creative professionals do their best work.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Execute & Drive Delivery: Manage development workflow and delivery rhythm for a fast-moving, AI-native development team, keeping the team focused, aware of priorities, and proactively unblocked to maintain momentum.
  2. Engage with Users: Stay close to end users across brands through discovery sessions, workflow observations, and ongoing feedback loops. Ensure what gets built reflects how they actually work, not just how stakeholders imagine they work.
  3. Analyze & Measure: Track adoption metrics, measure tool usage, and identify friction points in the rollout of product lifecycle capabilities. Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and prioritization. Stay connected and up-to-date on the latest in AI model updates and industry changes.
  4. Define Requirements: Write detailed user stories and business requirements that give the engineering team the clarity and context they need to build with precision and speed.
  5. Align Stakeholders: Partner across Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to maintain clear priorities and surface emerging needs before they become blockers to delivery.
  6. Anticipate Risks: Take initiative to identify risks, dependencies, and gaps before they affect the team. Operate with the foresight of a program that is moving fast and evolving in real time.

Role Qualifications

Experience

  1. 1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a closely related role with direct exposure to an agile development team.

Communication

  1. Strong communicator with the ability to translate between engineering detail and business need, and to hold clarity across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Analytical Instinct

  1. Comfortable pulling and interpreting usage data, tracking adoption metrics, and building simple analyses independently to inform product direction.

Curiosity & User Empathy

  1. Genuine curiosity about craft and the people who practice it. Comfortable spending time with designers and technical designers to understand their workflow, not just their requirements.

Passion for Innovation

  1. Passion for innovation and AI, with an interest in how digital tools are transforming the fashion and retail industry.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

  1. Experience in fashion, apparel, or adjacent creative workflow tools—including PLM systems, 3D design software, or digital asset management—is a meaningful advantage.

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Product Management, Design, Business, or a related field.

The Perks

Our client offers a comprehensive suite of Perks & Benefits to all eligible employees.
