The Role: Design the Future of Privacy

As a Product Designer on our small, impactful team, you will be the owner of our user experience across web and mobile. You won't just be pushing pixels; you will be defining how people interact with and control their privacy online. Your work will span the entire design process—from research and conceptualization to crafting beautiful, high-fidelity interfaces and interactions.

You will own design projects end-to-end, collaborating closely with product and engineering to translate a bold vision into a tangible, scalable, and beloved product.

What You'll Do

1. Lead End-to-End Design: Own the design of our app and web portal from initial research and user flows to polished UI and post-launch iteration.
2. Build Scalable Systems: Define and refine our design system, creating consistent, flexible frameworks that strengthen our entire product ecosystem.
3. Craft the Experience: Shape the look, feel, and overall product experience, ensuring it is both visually stunning and intuitively simple.
4. Drive Projects Independently: Take full ownership of design initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating effectively but driving the vision.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
6. Inform with Insights: Leverage user research, analytics, and usability testing to make informed design decisions and iterate quickly.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience)

1. A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI skills, with a focus on intuitive, user-centered products.
2. Systems Thinking: The ability to create scalable, consistent design frameworks, not just individual screens.
3. Exceptional Visual Craft: A sharp eye for detail, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
4. Tool Proficiency: High fluency in Figma; experience with other prototyping tools is a plus.
5. Cross-Platform Expertise: Experience designing for both mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop environments.
6. Interaction Design Skills: A knack for conceptualizing thoughtful micro-interactions and animations.
7. Clear Communication: The skill to articulate your design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.
8. Reliability & Organization: Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time.
