What You’ll Work On

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare education and workforce development. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to build and scale cutting-edge platforms that transform how students learn, graduate, and secure life-changing careers.

Key Areas of Impact:

1. World-Class Learning Experience: Develop and refine our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer collaboration, and gamification—ensuring students stay engaged and successful.
2. AI-Powered Career Services: Build tools that help graduates land jobs faster—think generative AI for resumes, interview prep, and smart job matching with our clinical partners.
3. Internal Workforce Tools: Optimize platforms for instructors, coaches, and operations teams to maximize student success, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency.
4. Scalable Content Management: Create systems to rapidly generate, adapt, and deploy curricula, keeping pace with evolving industry needs.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Design robust data pipelines to empower teams across the business with actionable insights.

What You Bring:

1. 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience (bonus if in EdTech, Healthcare, or DTC startups).
2. Expertise in at least one part of our stack: React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL (you’ll learn the rest!).
3. A problem-solving obsession—you love tackling complex challenges with innovative tech.
4. Early-stage grit—you’re excited to build from the ground up and shape the product’s future.
5. Full-stack ownership—you’re comfortable owning the entire development lifecycle.
