The Role
As a Senior Product Engineer, you’ll architect consumer-facing crypto apps that could onboard millions to Web3. This is a founder-style role: You’ll own products end-to-end, from ideation to app store launch, while shaping the future of how users interact with DeFi, NFTs, and on-chain assets.
What You’ll Build
- Breakthrough Crypto Apps: iOS/Android/web experiences using React/React Native
- DeFi & NFT Integrations: Wallets, swaps, staking, collectibles, and gaming flows
- High-Performance UX: Smooth interactions even on low-end devices
- App Store Top Charts: Optimized onboarding and retention mechanics
Tech Stack & Responsibilities
- Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript
- Blockchain: Layer 1 SDKs, DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Aave), NFT standards (ERC-721/1155)
- Ownership: Ship 5-10 prototypes/year, scale winners to production
- Growth: Optimize ASO, run A/B tests, and refine based on real user data
- Collaboration: Work with protocol engineers to align app and network upgrades
Who You Are
- Crypto Native: You use DeFi/NFT apps daily and track ecosystem trends
- Product Engineer: 4+ years shipping consumer apps with >100k users
Technical Skills:
- Expert React/React Native + TypeScript
- Experience integrating wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect)
- Strong mobile performance optimization
Mindset:
- Thrive in ambiguity; turn vague ideas into shipped products
- Obsessed with UX, security, and measurable impact
- Communicate clearly and lead without authority
