The Mission
Join us as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to pioneer the future of sales technology. You’ll architect and scale AI-native products that automate complex sales workflows, collaborate directly with customers to shape our roadmap, and lead technical innovation in a fast-paced, product-led environment. What You’ll Own
- Full-Stack Product Leadership: Build end-to-end features across our core platform using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python—from AI agent orchestration to scalable data pipelines.
- Technical Vision: Partner with engineering leadership to define architecture, quality standards, and development processes.
- Mentorship: Elevate junior engineers through code reviews, best practices, and hands-on technical guidance.
- AI Integration: Design systems leveraging LLMs to automate sales tasks, personalization, and analytics.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Ship solutions that directly impact enterprise sales teams (ideation → production → iteration).
- Performance Optimization: Ensure reliability, scalability, and speed across 100M+ interactions.
Your Expertise
- 6+ years building production-grade full-stack applications (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python).
- 1+ year in a technical leadership role (mentoring, architectural decisions, cross-functional influence).
- Proven success in startups or high-growth tech environments (comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration).
- Mastery of distributed systems, API design, and database optimization.
- Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, product-driven teams.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Ability to work from our SF office 3+ days/week.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $175,000 – $240,000 (SF market-adjusted)
