Remote Chief of Staff – Transversal Role (Series B SaaS)
The Company
We are a Series B, venture-backed SaaS company building an enterprise AI platform. We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in our space, and we are just getting started. We are backed by top VCs and value deep analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward action. We are a fully remote team with a strong culture of transparency and ownership.
The Role
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the two founders across all aspects of running and scaling the company. This is a highly transversal role with broad exposure to strategy, operations, finance, and execution. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team, helping to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the company — enabling us to scale rapidly without losing focus or mission alignment. You'll be at the center of decision-making and operations, serving as the glue, the accelerator, and the strategic enforcer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Special Projects: Lead cross-functional, mission-critical initiatives from the co-founders' office (e.g., market expansion, operational streamlining, M&A scouting). Own the preparation and follow-through for Board meetings and investor updates, ensuring the narrative is data-rich and compelling.
- Operational Rhythm & Scaling: Design and implement the company's operational rhythm (OKRs, leadership meetings, all-hands), creating clarity and accountability at every level. Identify and diagnose operational bottlenecks and friction points, proactively developing systems and processes to solve them at scale.
- Communication & Alignment: Act as a communication hub, ensuring strategic context flows seamlessly between the leadership team and the rest of the organization. Serve as a trusted proxy for the co-founders in key meetings, representing their perspective and driving outcomes.
- Leadership & Influence: Lead without formal authority, influencing department heads and building consensus to drive complex projects to completion. Serve as a confidential sounding board and strategic thought partner to the CEO and the entire executive team.
