The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution for our core integration infrastructure while driving growth in key industry verticals. You'll:

1. Lead 0-to-1 product initiatives that expand our platform's capabilities
2. Deeply understand customer needs across multiple industries
3. Collaborate with engineering to optimize data synchronization and API performance
4. Partner with sales and marketing to drive adoption of your product areas

What You'll Own

1. Integration Infrastructure: Ensure reliable, high-performance data sync at scale
2. Vertical Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for key industries
3. Product Vision: Identify whitespace opportunities and new use cases
4. Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of users across the organization
5. Cross-functional Leadership: Align engineering, sales, and marketing teams

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and customer discovery to inform product decisions
2. Define and track success metrics for your product areas
3. Create clear product requirements and documentation
4. Prioritize ruthlessly to maximize business impact
5. Resolve customer issues and improve API experience

Ideal Candidate

1. 6+ years in product management (SaaS/API products preferred)
2. Technical understanding of APIs and data integration
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
5. Engineering background or CS degree a plus
6. Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
