The Role

As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll be the technical anchor for our most mission-critical projects. You'll:

1. Architect and lead implementation of our core API and data normalization systems
2. Drive technical strategy for platform scalability and reliability
3. Mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering standards
4. Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term technical vision

What You'll Own

1. System Architecture: Design high-performance systems handling millions of daily sync operations
2. Technical Leadership: Guide framework selection and implementation (Django, Rails, Spring, etc.)
3. Data Infrastructure: Optimize our PostgreSQL-powered data layer for enterprise-scale demands
4. Cross-Team Collaboration: Align engineering efforts with product and business objectives

Tech Stack & Requirements

1. Experience: 7-10+ years building production systems at scale
2. Frameworks: Expertise in Django, Rails, Spring, or equivalent
3. Databases: Deep PostgreSQL/SQL mastery
4. Leadership: Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives
