The Opportunity

As our Senior Integrations Engineer, you'll architect the data highways that power our AI legal assistants. This isn't just API development - you'll build the intelligent pipelines that connect legal teams to their critical systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, Google Drive) while maintaining enterprise-grade security and performance.

What You'll Build

Core Integrations (50%)

1. Design two-way sync engines for legal document systems
2. Build robust file processing pipelines for contract analysis
3. Implement auth protocols for enterprise security requirements

Platform Infrastructure (30%)

1. Architect our document parsing backbone
2. Optimize Postgres for AI-ready data structures
3. Develop monitoring for integration health

Strategic Leadership (20%)

1. Guide technical decisions balancing speed and scalability
2. Mentor engineers on integration best practices
3. Influence product roadmap with data flow insights

Tech Stack & Requirements

▸ 5+ years building production backend systems with:

1. Node.js and TypeScript (required)
2. Postgres (advanced knowledge)
3. Enterprise API integrations (Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.)

▸ Preferred Experience:

1. Modern ORMs (Drizzle/Prisma)
2. iPaaS platforms (Paragon, Airbyte)
3. GCP services
4. Elasticsearch
