Your Mission

You will join a pivotal team at a critical growth stage. You’ll solve interesting technical challenges and help shape the future of the product as the company scales its core offerings and explores new verticals. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will work across the stack, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to own and deliver key product and engineering initiatives that have direct user and business impact.

What You Will Do

1. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define roadmap priorities, craft excellent user experiences, and influence overall product strategy.
2. Own features end-to-end—from initial prototyping and exploration to implementation, launch, and iterative improvement.
3. Build scalable, high-quality systems while solving complex challenges in performance, architecture, and data reliability.
4. Contribute to technical leadership by helping drive architectural decisions, shape engineering standards, and participate in growing an exceptional team.
5. Continuously improve the codebase, infrastructure, and development practices, balancing velocity with long-term code health.

What We Look For

1. Proven Impact: 5+ years of software development experience as an IC with a demonstrated ability to drive business impact through technology. We are open to frontend-leaning or backend-leaning full-stack candidates.
2. Strong Fundamentals: Excellent grasp of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $175,000 - $210,000 USD. Compensation is based on relevant skills and experience, not geographic location. The total package also includes:
