Your Mission
We are at an inflection point. As we scale our core products and explore new verticals, your role will be instrumental in shaping our technical and product future. You will join a lean, early-stage engineering team as a foundational member, tackling our most complex technical challenges and directly influencing the product roadmap. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a versatile engineer who thrives from ideation to execution.
What You Will Do
- Drive Product Direction: Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap, define user experiences, and solve meaningful customer problems.
- Own Features End-to-End: Take concepts from initial exploration and prototyping through to implementation, launch, and iterative improvement. You will work across the entire stack to deliver complete solutions.
- Architect for Scale: Design and build resilient, high-performance systems capable of supporting our exponential growth while solving intricate challenges in data processing, reliability, and architecture.
- Elevate Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices in code quality, testing, security, and operational observability. Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed and long-term maintainability.
- Mentor and Lead: Contribute to our technical leadership by guiding architectural decisions, improving engineering standards, and participating in growing an exceptional team.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience as an individual contributor.

- A resourceful and adaptable startup mindset; you are comfortable with ambiguity and driving projects forward with limited oversight.
- Intrinsic curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Effectiveness in a remote, asynchronous work environment, with availability for core collaborative hours (9 AM - 12 PM PT).

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $210,000 USD. Compensation is determined by role, level, and experience, and is not geographically adjusted.
