What You’ll Do

1. Ship high-impact, full-stack features (React, Node.js, Python, or similar) from concept to production.
2. Lead complex projects: Balance technical rigor with business impact across the development lifecycle.
3. Architect systems for scale, security, and reliability in a regulated industry.
4. Establish engineering standards and drive consistency across codebases and processes.
5. Collaborate with insurance experts to solve real-world advisor pain points.
