About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered healthcare through the development of a cutting-edge Generative AI SaaS platform. You’ll work across the entire technology stack—from front-end user interfaces to robust back-end services—to deliver intelligent, voice-first solutions that are safe, scalable, and transformative.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner directly with AI researchers, product managers, designers, and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for translating complex clinical and consumer requirements into performant, secure, and accessible digital experiences. Your work will directly define how patients and providers interact with generative AI in critical health settings.

What You'll Do

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure B2B SaaS products using modern technologies like TypeScript/React, Material UI, and Python/Flask.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user needs and complex requirements into elegant, user-focused full-stack solutions.
3. Architect and develop reusable front-end and back-end systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless API integrations.
4. Own code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews, championing best practices and continuous improvement.
5. Extend the platform's reach by contributing to cross-platform mobile applications using technologies like Flutter or React Native.
6. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and AI-driven workflows to continuously enhance product capability and developer velocity.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

1. 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript/React and Python, Ruby, or Node.js backends.
2. Proven experience in RESTful API design, working with SQL/Postgres databases, and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
3. A track record of architecting scalable systems and delivering high-quality, production-grade code in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
5. Familiarity with modern agile development practices and DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring).

Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

1. Experience developing and publishing cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android SDKs.
2. Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or integrating generative AI models into production systems.
3. Specific familiarity with Flask backends and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform on AWS.
