What You’ll Do

1. Build end-to-end solutions: Ship production-grade code (React, Node.js, Python, or similar) across the full stack.

3. Drive engineering excellence: Establish standards for testing, security, and scalability in a regulated environment.
4. Optimize for value: Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and perfection in a fast-paced startup.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with insurance experts to solve real advisor pain points.
