As we step into our 10th year, our confidence in the enduring resilience of the Underdog.io community has never been stronger. The last 18 months have been challenging for our entire industry, especially for those of us focused on candidate sourcing and curation. In light of the market headwinds that we've faced, we put our heads together and revamped our entire roadmap.
Here's what's coming in 2024:

Underdog.io RPO: We've experimented with this offering over the years and we're finally ready to fully bring it to market. Most of the companies that we talk to are working with shells of their former TA teams. We'll now be able to place dedicated contract recruiters with those teams as they work to scale back up. Pricing will be competitive and our service will be top-of-the-line. Coming in Q1 2024.
Delightful: Also hard launching in Q1 2024, Delightful is our take on a traditional job board, one where values-based matching is the norm and where the tens of thousands of people leaving tech in search of a new challenge can connect with larger, established, and stable organizations. Delightful isn't exclusively for those types of companies, but we built it to be compelling to companies of that size and scale. Underdog.io customers who want to advertise their recruiting brand to our candidate pool can post jobs with our friends and family discount. Reply to this email to find out more.
Ruff Notes 2.0: We're also planning to double down on Ruff Notes, our email newsletter, in 2024. We'll continue to curate company and industry news from around the internet, track and publish company rankings, and share other relevant content every month, but we'll also be scaling the audience to our hundreds of thousands of candidates and company subscribers and sharing our own data-driven insights about the labor market. We may also introduce sponsored content from products that want to connect with our community.
Candidate Offerings: It's a tough time to be out of work or exploring the job market. In light of that, we're working on a few different ways to help job seekers put their best foot forward, including better resume analysis and review, interview prep, and job application management. We’ll release some version of this offering in the first half of the 2024.
